Universal Cabinet Designs will support Universal Center for Development “Dreams Come True Building Fund Project” Universal Production Studio, through it’s Artistic apparels and Poster drive. The poster drive will provide a means of generating revenue and fundraising. The poster drive is conceptualized as a way of publicizing both the for-profit Universal Cabinet Designs and the not for profit Universal Center for Development.

Founder, Mr. Steven Willis, is a talented and experienced designer of music entertainment centers whose vision encompasses an entrepreneurial dream of business ownership with a humanitarian ethic of community service because of this vision, the company’s relationship with Mr. Willis “Universal Center for Development”, a district of columbia nonprofit, is a essential as the two are intertwined. While Universal Cabinet Designs exists to achieve profitability in its market niche of custom cabinet designs. Universal Center for Development, is a non profit that seeks to help young adults, from the target population is wide — the organization is committed to helping all young adults, from the temporarily unemployed to the recently incarcerated as they return to society and our returning wounded veterans. As such the mission of the two organizations is complementary. Ultimately, an individual trained by the non profit organization could be employed in the for profit business, or elsewhere in the for profit sector.

Universal Production Studio is introducing 2,000 artistic limited edition concept posters. Each poster will feature a unique cabinet design that blends modern technology with an aerodynamic design. A supportive workplace should be more attractive and involving. It is anticipated that workers will be less likely to withdraw when support is high. Previous conceptual and empirical work has demonstrated that the construct of withdrawal is a broad one.

We are developing an exhibit for Universal Production Studio  as of a large-scale museum space installation, center and corporate display.  Our professional historians will research information we need and pull all the elements together to tell an interesting and authoritative story.  The museum’s vibrant exhibits will explore the impact of individuals whose beliefs and values have contributed to the unique legacy of our concept.  This will be combined with our every day professional business operations in conjunction with designing, marketing, promoting and advertising.

Here at Universal Production Studio we have a concern for our communities.  We want to offer our communities accessibility to all of our technology that's available this will allow all of us the opportunity to grow together.  Research reviews have generally concurred that when combined with traditional instruction, the use of computers  and technology can increase our learning in the traditional curriculum and basic skills area. The integration of computers with traditional instruction produces higher academic achievement in a variety of subject areas than does traditional instruction alone. We all learn more quickly and with greater retention when learning with the aid of computers  and technology.

Universal Production Studio is the Think Tank "THE BRAIN" the research, survey projection, designing, marketing, promoting and commercial advertising and the operations of the program. Our aim is to foster and support the future of our young adults. Universal Production Studio will give them a sense of pride in knowing our environment will inspire them and help build positive work behaviors including such things as volunteering for extra work, being courteous, time management skills and to bring them to greater organizational citizenship behaviors.

build this studio from the ground up we need $350,000. We recognize this is a significant amount but we are determined to reach our goal. We are excited about building something that is uniquely designed FULLY equipped with high tech digital State-of the-Art equipment and electronics such as cameras, microphones, audio mixers, monitors, recorders, laptops, computers, CINTIQ pen-on-screen drawing, printers and other technology for the future of our students.

My mission is to reach young adults who are not less fortunate then myself in reaching their passion for career opportunity.

Steven Willis is passionate about his work with the non profit and the for profit organizations. He has worked on this vision for over 30 years. As a young adult, Steven was good with his hands while he struggled with a learning disability in school. Steven recognized at an early age (7) that something was not quite right within his brain only to find out 30 years later he had fallen from a third floor apartment stairway down to the second floor where he had sustained a brain injury.
