Universal Center for Development (UCD) is a non-profit corporation established in Washington, DC in 2004, for local DC metropolitan residents ages 16 and over. Now residing in Temple Hills, Maryland, UCD is excited about its partnership and new location with Southern Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 4444 Old Branch Avenue, Temple Hills, MD, 20748. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive program that integrates academic and vocational training for young adults with disabilities, the socially and economically disadvantaged, veterans, and Homecomers. Our goal is to assist these individuals in acquiring marketable skills necessary for survival in a technological society.
